The hotel is dingy and dark all over, the renovation under progress as claimed is no excuse. The lobby stinks of urine from the lobby toilets. Cockroaches in the rooms get you worried on hygiene. The only redeeming feature is the coffee shop outside the hotel building where the service is good and the food is okay.

Pros ------ 10 min walk to Palakkad bus stand. Hotel is in secured location, has good security and 24 hr coffee shop within the Hotel Complex. Cons ------ It has a beer bar at the main reception which might not probably suit everyone. Tip: Dont expect too much. Its a average hotel.

Rooms are neat with minimal facilities. Some fresh fruit and water bottle was provided complimentey in the room. No WiFi but limited access to Internet in lobby.
