Location.best value if you want to stay in Monte Carlo. Off the train you can cross the street and take the #2 bus 2 stops then walk 200 meters. Taxis are outrageous. Monte Carlo casino is a 5 minute walk and the beach is about 10 mins in flipflops. Great value! More
