The photos on their website are quite deceptive. primarily because they cannot describe the poor service at spring valley. We had 2 rooms booked here for 3 nights. we were given the honeymoon suite though we just asked fo the normal room. there was no heater in december. we had to pay extra for the heater and later it conked out and we were freezing. the room has high ceiling which is a no-no for hill stations, esp in Himalayas and in DEcember. room wasn't painted well also,... We have booked a package in Spring Valley. It was value for money. The service and food was too good. Cleanliness, stay and all was too comfortable. The best thing about the stay like was service. In package there was buffet for breakfast n dinner but they provided that in our room as we were preferring that. More
