We had a wonderful time in the countryside at this small, basic, comfortable farmhouse.  The English-speaking host Anna couldn't have been more gracious.   She sets out a delicious breakfast of homemade cakes and jams.   She gave us a recommendation for a local restaurant in Bosco, which was delicious.  She even drove us to and from the restaurant when... I cannot believe it's taken me so long to review this beautiful place. I must think about it every month or so and then my hectic schedule gets the best of me. Me and my husband stayed there for 4 days in 2007. We loved it. Clean, beautiful and the food is the best. Anna and her husband are wonderful... More

Staying here created a memorable Italian experience for us. The hospitality from Anna and her cooking are never to be forgotten. The farm is charming and to hear stories about how they built the place and all the wonderful decorations are unique. The location midway between Parma and Bologna is ideal. She even showed us how to make fresh pasta... More

We stayed here in the middle of a culinary tour of France and Italy. This was an incredibly refreshing place to stay. Anna and Maurizio were the perfect hosts, and the location was perfect for exploring the amazing region of Emilia Romagna. If you love food, you should visit the region. If you visit the region, you should stay here.... More

Anna and Maurizio are perfect hosts – if you’re lucky you’ll get a hands-on explanation of how Maurizio’s delicious balsamic vinegar is produced, and it’s absolutely guaranteed that you’ll fill up daily on Anna’s homemade delights including a wonderful ricotta cake topped with raspberry jam. Anna speaks perfect English and is most welcoming and helpful. The agriturismo is well positioned... More

Anna and Maurizio are the consummate hosts. They treat you like family from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. Anna's English language skills are excellent, and she also patiently tolerates your efforts to communicate in Italian. Maurizio speak less English, but I had no problem understanding him as he took me through about a 30 minute tour... More

Anna and Maurizio are charming hosts, their farm is lovely but a real working farm. If Maurizio offers to give you a guided tour of how artisanal Balsamic Vinegar is made, grab the opportunity. Anna was prepared to stay up to midnight to greet us as we came down after a late flight into Milano. Her breakfasts were the best... More

Rooms are spacious and clean but what makes this place unique is Anna and her passion for running this farm stay. Anna is passionate about the area as she has spent her entire life here and has lived all her life on a farm. She knows the local parmaggiano cooperative and even took us on a tour. Not really a... Our family of four stayed at this lovely Agritourismo for 3 nights. We stayed in a room consisting of a double bed and loft with 2 singles and also a lovely modern en suite. On our first night Anna provided us with a lovely ploughmans type meal complete with a bottle of lumbrusca. We enjoyed Anna and Mauritzio's company, Anna... More
