The Ruehrberger Hof is a wonderful place to stay for every purposes.I am living in Westyorkshire and know the Ruehrberger Hof for more than fifty years.Its a quiet , friendly and clean place. The hotel is lovely! The rooms were a lovely base for relaxing after busy days exploring and were cleaned daily. We were located above the restaurant but didn't get disturbed at all. If you need to be in Basel AND have a car, this is a great place to stay. Value for money is very good, the owner/manager is extremely professional and friendly (and she speaks good English). I was lucky enough to be working in the area for a while and stayed at the Ruhrberger Hof. Fantastic place, quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
