Stopped off this very well located B&B which is 10 minutes from Eurotunnel. Unpromising exterior but the inside is quite unusually chic and gorgeous. Very welcoming hosts. Lovely simply furnished comfortable rooms, ours had a small lounge area. Lots of sea and life boat memorabilia everywhere, Meusieur Darques is a Calais life boat volunteer. The house is officially outside Calais, but we walked to the centre to go out to eat and it was only about 20 mins or so.

We stayed here when we got off the eurochannel before driving down France. The host and hostess were ever so welcoming and charming! The room was lovely and clean with lovely decor. I would recommend it as a perfect hotel stay. The petit dejeuner was also wonderful and homemade!

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at this perfectly situated B&B on the beach in Calais. The hosts were charming and extremely helpful. The food was high quality. The rooms were pristine, comfortable, and an excellent family value.

The Villa was recommended to us by the Calais Tourist Information Office. We stayed there overnight before taking the Cross Chanel Ferry from Calais to Dover on our way home to Australia.
