It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite average, but everything was working well. The rooms were made tidy each day of our visit. But the best part of the stay was the service at the restaurant and the reception as well. Everyone was really helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is its location;... More

Just stayed in Toscana Verde for six days. The staff was excellent, friendly, and professional. Rooms were clean and dinners were fine. Yes, there were minor annoyances but our stay was great. Location was very good if you rent a car. we also traveled by train with no issue. Will recommend to friends who want to see the real Tuscany and... More

We were in Toscana Verde last month. They received us coldly in a very dark reception room and gave us a room with no airconditioning and the windows do not have mosquito fence. The neds are good and linnens hotel quality, but with the heat the nights were a little hell. You mst pay everything at exception of the breakfast... More

we have air conditioning in every room; if you had paid for animation card, you would not have paid for other services; You have a good opinion of the animators, but you did not pay for their services; we accept animals; beverages are always excluded, as in every other hotel of the world; pool towels are furnished in case you... All in all this property is a good one for people looking for relaxing, decent priced vacation. The hotel sits in a beautiful area, and while it's not fancy, the rooms are nice sized, clean, and the staff bends over backward to make it enjoyable. The cooks gave us some lessons, and it was great fun! The young staff who... More

This place may lay within the vicinity of magical areas like Chianti or Cortona but there is no comparison - this is the most depressing, frustrating and biggest rip-off of a place you can stay. Imagine finding a special deal (135 euros for a double room instead of 169) in a 4-star hotel to find that most walls are molded,... More

We had good expectations on this hotel, but it looked like everything went down. The reception people were very kind, but we couldn't say the same about the restaurant. We were not hungry and decided to take half menu, and as they noticed we were not going to spend much money, they forgot about us. The light went off when... More

We stayed here in Jul 2007. In fairness the hotel is lovely, a nice big room, nice bathroom, free a/c, free safe waht you would expect from a 4 star. The only downside may be is the location. It is out in the countryside and you need to travel 15 minutes by car to the nearest restaurant. If you wish... More

Our young family stayed here for a week. Having drove our way from Pisa airport (approx 1 and half hours drive) we found the Toscana Verde. It is pretty much in the heart of tuscany near the towns of Laterina, Monteverdi and Arrezo. The views from the restaurant are beautiful and like a postcard. The rooms are standard and basic... More
