Bartender, when we asked for a cup of coffee, picking up the coffee cup to explain because no one spoke English and we did not speak great Spanish apparently, about hit my husband. The Manager did nothing about it.
The Manager told us we were getting a room in the main hotel, but we ended up in a really rundown...
