Having read the reviews, my two friends and myself booked a triple room with a balcony for 5 nights. The only 'triple' aspect were the 3 coathangers in the closet! Just a few rooms have balconies and a handful of them have proper "lake view", since the olive trees and hedges have taken over (need to be trimmed). Otherwise, most likely you end up in a room facing a noisy main street. There are appartments on both sides of hotel, which do not belong to the hotel and owners/residents there... More

Three bed room was big and clean. We had a big terrace as well. Some of the other rooms had gardens. Be aware that some don't have either, these might be smaller rooms though. A great base for exploring the beautiful Lake Iseo. Rooms were clean and modern with large terrace and lake view. Gardens wre beautifuly maintained and the pool was fantastic very clean.
