Lovely friendly staff, food was good, breakfast a little greasy, but plenty on the plate.
Room was comfortable. Will definitely return for a stay if im ever in Roscrea again

My visit to Racket Hall was a short one. My room was comfy and spotlessly clean. The lampshades did look a little jaded and tatty though. A glass globe in the bathroom was broken and should be replaced.
The restaurant was busy. This is always a good sign. The food on offer was wholesome and tasty..but far from imaginative.

Lovely welcome by a nice, smiling and cheerful young man. It is an old hotel and has got loads of character. The rooms are a little dated but, as I said, it's an old hotel. The evening meal was a choice of steak or salmon (that's the deal we purchased) and I chose the steak as I haven't had a...

Bought a "deal" of 1 night and added another, both in a suite. Biggest bed ever slept in and great space! Staff friendly and there was a warm welcome from all. Bar/bistro/restaurant was good and food priced to get you in, and you won't be disappointed. Big portions along with good flavours, recommend you try smoked salmon tagliatelle as a...
