Looling tired and 1980's. Clean and convenient for NEC and motorways. Spa is ok but one towel per guest policy is very irritating! Lots of MSG in the food but it was ok. Needs money spent on it. More

Although the hotel is not on the NEC grounds, a 5 minute walk around the back of the hotel gets you to the NEC train station, and the rest of the walking is all covered walkways within the NEC facility. Good place to stay for working at NEC, but you MUST specify the right room, the rooms in the south half of the hotel are not a patch on the north side. Room service menu is a bit one dimensional, unless you are into club sandwiches and burgers. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. More
