Stayed with a friend and rooms are absolutely ace, neat and welcoming. Food delicious, generous and decently priced. Friendly and very helpful staff. Pub is just perfectly Scottish like and offers amazing atmosphere. Fab stay and can only recommend to travelers, local and foreign alike. Several languages covered by staff certainly a big plus!!! Just had a really lovely meal at the Retreat, stopped in with the kids after a walk with the dogs and what a quirky and friendly find!
