The Hotel was very cold and the corridors badly lit. Breakfast was very good but all the rest of the food was horrible. Badly cooked, and cold when it eventually arrived.

May I apologise for the standard of food served at your dinner. As mentioned in a previous response we had a breakdown in the kitchen that resulted in the food that we served not being our normal high standard. I met with the organisers prior to departure to discuss the evening meal and offered them compensation that they accepted.
