How lucky we were to come across Linkbraeheads. We were offered the warmest of welcomes, and given the most delightful and comfortable room. It was an added bonus to enjoy our delicious full English breakfasts each morning with the benefit of such lovely views. Our friendly hosts, Chris and Roy, could not have been more helpful and attentive. We felt... More

We were so pleased to have found this lovely B&B so close to so many lovely beaches and places to visit. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, the welcome was warm (especially from Jed!), the room was comfortable and breakfast the next morning was amazing! Our hosts were helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them... More

I have never put anything on advisory, but this place i'm just far too excited about.... My spouse and i decided at the last minute to visit Scotland for a few days, while we were in England. It's always been on our places to go, but didn't think we could do it this trip, ...especially without too much planning. Boy... More

We travelled up to Spey Bay and we stayed at Linkbraeheads for a few days, what a lovely welcome we received from Roy, Chris & Jed The Dog! This quaint B&B is in a lovely location, sea views on one side, mountain range on the other. The good sized bedrooms were clean, airy & cosy and to top it off,... More

Having walked around Edinburgh for the Festival we headed north for some R&R and what a find! Roy and Chris welcomed us to their lovely B&B. Jed the dog is a star also. Great breakfast, great views and lovely comfortably and modern rooms with ensuite and TV. They kindly let us dry off in their private sitting room that has... More

I have stayed here anually for a minimum of 4 days for the last 5yrs. Breakfast is always good, and the owners Chris and Roy are always welcoming. The B&B is in a great location but you do need a car to get out and explore. The rooms are clean and the breakfast room which is in the conservatory overlooks... More

We stayed at Linkbraeheads B&B for two nights in early August. As a non-smoker who is sensitive to cigarette smoke, it is not a place that I would recommend to other non-smokers. While there are non-smoking signs posted in the home, both Chris and Roy smoke and when the door to their private living area is open, the cigarette smoke... More

My partner and I travelled up to Aberdeenshire to take advantage of the magnificent views and to enjoy some outdoor pursuits! We we're greeted by a warm welcome and very high quality rooms. Roy and Chris pointed out the local attractions and headed off to the beach (2 minute walk!) for the day where we played on the sandy beach,... More

A real gem. We felt like home. The Clarkes gave us a real warm welcome and we enjoyed our stay really a lot. Modern, clean and spacious rooms topped off with one of the most comfortable armchairs I have ever sat in. The breakfast is freshly cooked to your wishes and the wide selection of food will make nobody leave... More
