We chose the suites in the top tower of the castle. There are a lot of stairs!! So, be prepared if you choose the suites. But once you get to your room it is very spacious and beautiful with an amazing view. I have never stayed in such a unique hotel. I felt like Cinderella in my very own castle.... More

Stayed only one night, for a business trip, and surely it made me want to come back for a holiday. The castle is set on top of a hill and at night it looks magnificent, all lighted up. The people at the castle (the hotel) are very welcoming and friendly. The double room has a very comfortable bed with impeccable... More

We visited Castello di Pavone just one night while attending the Battle of the Blood Oranges in Ivrea. If driving, the hotel is only about 7 minutes to the center of Ivrea and made a good base for visiting this crazy orange throwing event! The Castello is a true fortress built in 859 and is surrounded by walls, high on... More

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room quaint but needs a sharp eye to fix a few details that makes no sense like different light bulbs in the bathroom the ac heatling unit not covered showing unsightly electrical and heat connectings. Overall very good could easily be excellent. More

Pavon itself as one of the most beautiful castles in the world. It is surrounded by a spacious park of tropical plants, which is designed waterfall and Pavon has a patio with a well on the perimeter of the castle surrounded by powerful fortifications. The interior and the terms of the original Pavon: antique furniture, paintings, tapestries, chandeliers, glass, porcelain,... More
