We found the hotel room very run down. Lighting was poor, the bathroom needs renovations and the kitchen applainces were rusted. We had a problem with bugs (worms) that could not be resolved. After 10 years of visiting St. Martin, this was our first stay at La Plantation. The front desk staff is incredible, they cannot be more accommodating, from rectifying room issues to making restaurant reservations on short notice. Our selection of La Plantation was a result of research and positive information in Trip Adviser. The staff at all levels and times were very friendly and accommodating.
