Excellent stay in the Salisbury Old Mill House. We stayed there for six nights and it was excellent. Very warm welcoming, nice location and excellent food. Maggie made sure we were supplied with a superbe last breakfast in the early morning. I would have no hesitation recommending this B&B and would definately choose to stay here again in this splendid... more

We stayed here for four nights it it was terrific. Very welcoming, nice location and excellent food, we had an early start on one morning and Maggie made sure we were supplied with breakfast to take with us. Lovely service and lovely place to stay overall! Only weird thing is not having a front door key, and not being able to take your room key away from the site..?? other than this a lovely stay, would highly recommend! more

Stayed here 2 nights on the recommendation of TA reviews and was not disappointed. Maggi is a lovely hostess and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very good, and we took dinner on the second night, which was excellent. I would certainly recommend this for couples who want homely accommodation with very nice people. Beats a soulless hotel... more

We arrived the first day in the morning to be told we were not expected to check in until 1700, which we did not know, but was understandable. However, the next day we came back early afternoon, and again were told we should not be there until 1700. This was surprising as we only wanted to relax in our room,... more

We have stayed here twice now and if we have a need to stay in the Salisbury area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The rooms vary in size considerably compared to other B&Bs, ( I know because our family booked all 3), the price of the rooms reflects this. The top floor room is very spacious and... more

Perfectly situated just outside the ancient capital of Wilton, this character-filled B and B has a charm all its own. Hosts Maggie and Brian welcomed us warmly, with suggestions on local attractions, masses of books and leaflets, and a breakfast that was second to none! We decided to take advantage of Maggie's offer of a home-cooked meal, and were treated... more

My family stayed two nights with Maggie and Brian in their lovely home, and we all really enjoyed the experience. Maggie was so kind to lend me a jacket (I left mine behind in the airport!) and we were made to feel at home. We also got upgraded to the large double room upstairs that overlooked the pond for our... more

End of a busy half term and needing to recharge our batteries we found the Old MIll House the perfect solution! Maggie met us at the door with the warmest of welcomes! We had booked a Dinner of Roast Lamb followed by Pavlova and it was delicious! We were told by Maggie that we would have a wonderful view from... more
