Took my girlfriend here for a relaxing weekend away. Its in an ideal setting, only 5 minute walk from the centre of Reeth where there's 3 good pubs and the highly recommended Overton House Cafe. Set in the rolling countryside of Swaledale, theres plenty of good walks nearby with great views. Les and Sandra are very nice and accommodating. We... More

This is our 3rd holiday with Les and Sandra and it feels like home. They look after you so well you feel part of the family. Les provides you with great cycling routes and Sandra the walks along with maps. Breakfasts are wonderful with award winning kippers and porridge. Very good facilities for walkers and cyclists with a drying room... More

In 2008 we walked the C2C ans we slept 1 night in Cambridge House, in Reeth. This year we're back, because it was a very good address to come back to. We've travelled a lot in the UK and we think, this is a special place: very warm welcom, every day a selfbaked cake or tart, super breakfast and lovely... More

We have stayed here some years ago but returned whilst on the C2C route, everything was as fantastic as we had remembered. Lovely conservatory pot of tea, cake and a friendly chat. I could use the washing machine (much needed) and dry all the clothes in the excellent drying room, we stayed in the same bedroom as before with a... More

We stayed here on monday 12th sept having walked from Aysgarth as part of the Herriot way on the day we had the tail end of a hurricane so it was heavenly arriving here as we were made very welcome by Sandra who led us to the toasty warm drying room where we were able to leave all our soggy... I arrived for 2 days of cycling with no accommodation booked and never visited the area before. The National Park Centre in Reeth phoned first B&B for me and it was Cambridge House, where there was a single room vacant. As I was unloading, Les introduced himself, pointing out the cyclist weather vane atop of his Aladdin's cave of a... More

Situated just off the main street / village green the Cambridge House offers excellent clean accommodation and a fabulous Yorkshire breakfast , all combined with great dales scenery. Les is also a bit of a lad as well and goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable whilst offering good advice about the local area. Well recommended More

Cambridge House is situated just a little walk out of the village centre, but it is worth the extra 1/2 mile on your feet!! We were welcomed by a very chatty gentleman who had bags of character. Firstly we were shown to our room and then offered tea and cake in the conservatory. We were able to do our first... More
