El Babu is a spectacularly good hotel -- totally unpretentious but with qualities many snootier or more fashionable or expensive hotels strain after but never reach. A truly amazing spot! Quiet, extraordinarily beautiful, with welcoming hosts and extremely fine food and wines. Double room was spacious and extremely well furnished with modern furniture and facilities. Small dining room with outside terrace looking towards mountains.
