Generally OK - a few staffing issues apart Sloppy breakfast service often with untrained staff it seemed Background music just awful - manager turned up about 10am & the first thing he said was 'turn the music on' Expensive for what you get & a bit tired in parts more

I stayed at the hotel with a group of colleagues and found that my room did not provide the basic facilities I would expect at hotel for £50 a night let alone £250. This was our fourth visit and will not be our last. The staff were excellent, polite, cheerful, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness in the room was excellent as it was in all the public areas. Dinner in the restaurant was perfect,we would recommend a break at Lower Slaughter Manor for the perfect treat. more
