Very please with our New year stay at Slaughters Inn the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodation and food were first class. The package included New year 3 night stay including dinner dance party and was very good. Located in beautiful surroundings but can suffer from flooding if a lot of rain has fallen.

We are locals and have always had a good experience here, but this Bank holiday Sunday was very disappointing. The two egg, mayonnaise and salad sandwiches had very little egg in them. This lovely place,recently known as Washbourne Court,is now truly awful,both lunch and supper were ghastly.badly cooked and should never have left the kitchen. Worse, no-one really cared. It has changed beyond recognition, give it a miss.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel - wished we had booked more. Really lovely hotel in an idyllic situation! Staff couldn't have been more friendly/helpful/attentive.
