Rather small, compact hotel. But 5 stars? We think 3 or 4 are enough. During our first week there were not so many guests, mainly from Germany, U.K., Belgium, Denmark and Holland. The staff in the reception either do not understand English well or do not want to understand. We had to ask for towels for the 3rd person in our room for several times and repeat that every day.
