A nice warm welcome, lovely sized family room. Super breakfast. Couldn't fault anything. Stayed in many hotels and B & B's in this area over the last 15 years (we have friends who live in Penicuik), wont be looking anywhere else to stay again, found the perfect place.

Just back from a break at the Glenferndale ,from the us arriving to our leaving there was nothing to small or to big to make our stay most enjoyable ,the room was spotless the en-suite was equipped all toiletries comfortable bed and a great breakfast that lasted us back to South Shields
