The first time a hotel experience has exceeded expectations and advertising! A gem of a place. Location, service, food, room all absolutely superb! There was a mix up with dining arrangments one evening (as it transpired, OUR FAULT), the hotel made good above and beyond the call of good service. We would go back tomorrow, in fact we might!

Having booked a twin room, was given a double, but staff very helpful and apologetic. Had superb room with balcony looking over bay with private beach. Good pools, with hot tub at 34c! Restaurant at top of hotel so panoramic views fantastic. Excellent food with huge variety.
