Good location, easy access to the JR line, and close to the Ueno park and zoo. Super friendly staff, I recommend this hotel the excellent choice for the budget travellers. I went to Tokyo in the cherry blossom season and hotel rate was still acceptable.

hotel was fine. nothing that special. the most disappointing aspect of this hotel was the service. there wasn't the attention to detail. English was poor, which is fine, but the staff also seemed to feel that anything you asked was an imposition. They were unable to find things and overall it just felt like a poorer experience.
