as other travellers mentioned, exit via ueno iriya exit the walk to hotel is least than 10 mins. Rooms are small (as usual in Japan), but very clean. Service staffs can be with a little bit more smile and helpfulness. Overall, nice place to keep in mind for future stay. More

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location within a walking distance to Ueno station, a clean room with an added bonus of a small kitchen including a fridge.
