这是我们第二次入住这件酒店，但却遇到在日本最不愉快的经历。因为此酒店靠近”京成“机场线，也有24小时免费饮料和早点供应，所以我们选择了这间酒店。我们一行4人在日本玩了12天。因2友人要先行回国，我们4人从品川王子酒店check out后, 友人就陪伴我们到上野此酒店办理check in，顺道在回国之前一起到上野买些手信。我们大概在中午12点抵达此酒店，我和其中1友人就办理check in手续，其他2友人就上个洗手间。那知道有一位在扫地的女士就冲向友人说洗手间在3点中过后才能用，因为他们正在清洗当中。此酒店没有沙发，我们也还在办理手续，我就对友人说不如你们先喝杯饮料吧！友人就上前从饮料机拿了杯饮料，那女士马上呼喝友人。还指责我们没礼貌，想用洗手间也不先问，想喝饮料也不问自取。。。我们4人同声道歉，但女经理还继续用严厉的语气教训我们没“教养“，他们国家的人是不会如此的。说我们难道在自己的国家不会用”may I use your toilet,may I drink...."　不但如此，女经理还针对友人不是住客，不应该喝他们的饮料。对我们说，他们的饮料机也在清洗当中，我们喝了会拉肚子等等。我非常抱歉，友人为了不让我尴尬，就对女经理说我们愿意负饮料的钱。女经理说那是理所当然的事，不过，既然我们喝了正在清洗的饮料，就算了吧！ 之后女经理还指责我们，说我们来到日本，就要守日本的规矩，道歉要90度鞠躬。说我们这些外来的游客把他们的次序都搞乱了。其中1友人就对女经理说我们已经陪不是了，为何还要喋喋不休。女经理高傲的回说，如果我们不喜欢的话，可以换酒店。。。天啊，怎么有如此无理的人！！！如此糟糕的服务态度！！！太欺负人了。 说句公道话，1）只不过喝了杯饮料，甚至愿意赔钱，为何还换来如此服务态度。2）若他们真的在清洗饮料机，为何没有放任何的指示牌。清洗饮料机时，里面还装着满满的饮料吗？万一其他住户喝了怎么办？不是说明24小时都有饮料供应的吗？3）”免费早点“取消了，也没有在网站删除。女客服还说此服务早就没了。我们怀疑她听不懂，当时还用酒店的电脑上他们的网站，指着免费”面包早点“的图案给她看。她也没有解释就回应说”没了“。。。 玩了14天，住了无数的酒店。Cube Hotel的服务态度和质素是我们遇过最最最烂的。虽然它整体上是一间不错的酒店，但女经理如此的待客精神绝对是要不得的。我和友人再也不会入住此酒店了。 More
