Stayed here in a short time last December, 2011 in a single room. Like almost hotel in Suginami, please do not wait for a big room, large bed, the single room of Ark quite narrow (around 12 meter square), only enough for bed, working table and some hotel facilities. However the bed was extremely comfortable and the Internet worked well,... More
