We had a very expensive "deluxe quad room" The two beds for our teenagers were pull out beds which were small and also hard. My son's legs were hangng over the edge so he ended up sleeping on the floor. I had 2 travel enquiries and on both occassions was given the WRONG information. Stayed at the Hotel for a week. I thought the Executive lounge was the best one I've ever used. Excellent food and service in the lounge area. The staff all around was very nice. The gym was excellent. I would stay here again. more
