I stayed here for 3 nights on my own. The location is great. Many resto and conveniences around there. Opposite Okubo station and it's not far at all from Shinjuku. The man at the reception was helpful. Internet is quite weak in the room but it's not big problem to me. Even I stayed on my own, it's safe though.
