For the most part we loved this hotel. There are not enough stars to adequately reward the level of service rendered by these employees. It was virtually flawless. We also enjoyed the location, only a short hike to the Shirokenedai metro stop; be advised that mastering the Tokyo metro system is a challenge, but largely due to the language barrier.... More

I've stayed here a couple of times on business trips. The rooms ae ok, a little dated and medium roomy. The breakfast is clean and reasonable, with the usual runny eggs and limp bacon. Surprising that there is no Japanese food at the breakfast, except you can get a bowl of rice with some pickled toppings or dried fish. The... More

It is an old hotel, but in good condition. Very busy. No Gold/Platinum counter. Breakfast is for free for Platinum. Breakfast is mediocre, in particular compared to other Sheraton in Asia. Fresh coffee (latte, cappuccino, etc) has to be paid (did not hear that in many years in Asia in an international 5* hotel). No egg station and very limited... More

This is one of the Hotels I would recommend. Especially for people who want a quiet atmosphere and have been to Japan before, or are looking for a new experience. It is located in Shirokanedai, which is just a 5 min walk from a subway station. The location isn’t around anywhere big of famous but has easy access to areas... More

Just stayed 2 nights in Tokyo at this hotel. It was my first time at the hotel. It is not very well located (far from the center) but the hotel itself has good quality rooms for a business travel. The gym is nice with a good size swimming pool. Also tried the M Bar that had an incredible collection of... More

Aside from its convenience as a business hotel there's not much to recommend this Sheraton. I stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a week in Japan and while there was nothing really wrong with the hotel I wasn't excited to go back at the end of the week. The rooms are ok - nothing special - but... More

After many years of living in Tokyo, this is a perfect hotel location for us and its very reasonable price, rooms are a bit smaller than most international hotels, but price is also different! If you want to stay central in Tokyo, this hotels is a good value. Good location, clean and very friendly staff. Few minutes walk to Shiroganedai... More

The Sheraton Miyako has everything one might want for a hotel stay in Tokyo. It's delightful gardens, helpful staff and nicely appointed rooms are all worthwhile and beautifully done. We found the food delicious and they have a great shuttle service. However, the only unfortunate element is its location. Centered in a quiet district of Tokyo, you must be transported... More

Fantastic service, but hotel rooms are small and fittings dated, particularly the bathrooms. Public areas and bars/reastaurants are nice but expensive (but this is Tokyo!) Location is worst aspect. Nothing of interest within walking distance in this fantastic city. More
