a. It is not really a hotel, it is a converted apartment block with close to zero amenities b. the servicing of the apartments is low level really, cleanliness and professionalism c. when i stayed there was a strange smell emanating from the 3rd floor... they don't really care - stupid service... We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They are very small rooms but clean, with A/C, TV, free internet, great bathroom. TV had CNN.
