I have stayed at the Hotel East 21 nearly 20 times over the last 6 years and is is always clean, well staffed and quite spacious for Japanese hotels. Good breakfast buffet. The refurbished outdoor pool is open now but you need to pay to use it, as with the health club. This hotel is a great value. More
