Tiny spotless rooms with limited views in a neighborhood surrounded by office buildings and embassies. Convenient to 2 subway lines. Considering we stayed in the 'compact double' (which is standard for Tokyo), it was actually suprisingly well proportioned. The hotel is in a reasonable location, not far from the imperial palace (which is good to jog around with a number of the locals, about a 5k circuit), and in easy reach of the nightlife in Shinjuku etc. via the underground.... A nice, comfortable hotel, we stayed in a 2 twin bedroom. Nice contemporary decor. Only bad thing was far from JR stations (walking distance), nearest is Tokyo Station.

It is a 1 minute walk to Kojimachi station and about 7-10 minutes to Yotsuya (where you will likely arrive from the airport/ tokyo station).
