A neat hotel in the heart of town. Typically Japanese service standards (high) and very pleasant surroundings. The staff were polite, helpful, discreet. Breakfast was the only meal we had and it was good. The rooms are pleasant, if rather too intruded by outside neon lights. You can avoid that with the several blinds choices they have...

Beautiful hotel with amazing artwork. The rooms were spacious, with a separate dressing area and bathroom. (The toilet sautés when you enter the bathroom. No kidding.) Great location for shopping, and it's right above the subway which makes it very convenient, and the concierge can help you if you need it to negotiate the trains.

This is a wonderful hotel from the beginning to the end! Ginza shopping is at your doorstep and Hibiya station immediately by the hotel makes the location unbeatable. Few complaints really, although perhaps lacking a little of the style of some other Peninsula hotels (e.g. the lobby feels small for a Peninsula, concierge service a little slow). Great location, absolutely amazing big perfect rooms in a town where space is at a big premium. Service extremely friendly. Real indoor pool with a view and outside balcony. Only slight drawback the lobby which is small and sometimes crowded. Peninsula is usually great but with Japanese attention to details it is perfect. I will be back.

The Peninsula is in a very grown up area of Tokyo, overlooking the Imperial Palace and close to the Ginza/Maronuchi upmarket shopping area. The hotel is medium height (24 floors) with a neat area in fron with cloud pruned pine trees. The lobby area is a bit disappointing as it houses an all day restaurant (there are always people eating)... More
