My boyfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights in row for our trip to Tokyo.
It was New Year's holiday time but it only costed 5,000 (about US$50) per night in a such expensive city. The room was noisy due to the construction at the time and it kept woke us up every morning. We complained on the third...
