Tucked away in the corner of the village, the hotel has absolutely breathtaking views of the valley, the river, the snow-capped mountains and the terraced fields - we could see all four from our bay window. The most stunning outlook to wake-up with, even surpassed Halong Bay, which says something. Incredible VFM as well, helpful staff - the only possible... More

we stayed in the Eco in Colca, in Yanque, peru. They use Eco for: no services, there was no hot water, no tv and the food was no even palatable. Don't go there, it is terrible. What more can I say? Not even a store near, on pigs and sheeps on the street. This is not tipic, it is absolutetly... More

Beautifully designed and very comfortable little eco-lodge overlooking the Colca valley in the small Yanque village with stunning location and sights. If you like quiet places from where to explore, this is worth a couple of days, with a very interesting little museum and hot springs/swimming pool in walking distance. Service was fine, breakfast offering a good choice of local... More

This hotel was adequate for the one night we stayed in the Colca Valley. The staff were not very friendly. We got to the room and it was quite cold, though a space heater was provided. The room had a double bed and a loft upstairs with two single beds. The loft felt unstable going up the ladder. After the... More

If you are aware of the hotel standards in these rural areas like we were, you will be amazingly surprised of the value of it. It is not perfect, but it is the place to stay for its location, comfort, cleanliness and service. One of our rooms was room 102 as mentioned in previous reviews with a view of the... More

A beautiful place, much more charming than our usual budget stays. The view from our bungalow, room 102 was amazing. The room is very large, with a double downstairs and two singles on the upper floor. There was a plug in electric heater, plenty of extra blankets, fluffy towels, toiletries and plenty of hot water in the large bathroom. A... More

We stayed here for one night with my family (10people) on our way to Colca. The place is beautiful, tranquil and rustic, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There was no water in some of the rooms, the hot water took 5minutes to heat, our door handle was faulty and one of the staff entered our room... More

We were supposed to stay in Chivay, but our hotel was overbooked, so we were sent to the Eco Inn in Yanque. At first we weren't too sure, since it was a town away from the activities, but it couldn't have turned out better. We decided to skip out on all the organized group activities and do our own thing... More

We stayed here while visting Colca Canyon. The views of the river and canyon are fantastic, and the night sky was unbelievable. Although the power went out around 4 in the afternoon and did not come back on until 3 am, the staff was very accomodating. They brought us candles and still managed to make dinner for us. Because there... More

This hotel is a hidden gem. We loved our stay in Colca Canyon at Eco Inn. It reminded us of a cottage or cabin in the mountains, we had a massive little ¨house¨all to ourselves, with a large bathroom (massive shower) closet area, bedroom area, small table with 2 chairs plus a loft upstairs with 2 more single beds. We... More
