I stayed at the SEA COIN HOTEL and was partly satisfied. The best is the location just near the beach, the rooms and bathrooms are large and for India quite clean. A problem is the noisy air conditioning and specially the very very loud live music every night. All doors are wide open and until midnight you cannot sleep.
