First impression is a bit rough but the friendly and helpful staff and the perfect location will not dissappoint you. I stayed only one night and it is a quiet road without traffic during the night. Small shops everywhere in this part of town is very enjoyable.

Great value for money. Central for bus tube tram and train,Clean and comfortable room.Terrific staff always willing to help with a smile,nothing was too much trouble for them.The breakfast was adequate and again the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definately stay their again

Had a wonderful 4 days, at the end of October, 2012. The hotel was perfect, lovely room with views. Location great, only 1 minutes walk to Airport bus. Nice big supermarket nearby as was most of the nice restaurants - all within walking distance. I hope to return again next year.

The room was cheap and this was reflected in the tired decor. Counterpane had small cigarette burns, toilet drippedl; but all clean and very friendly staff. Excellent location.Great little cafe bar on ground floor where continntal breakfast served.

Look! This hotel is not Five Star, but neither is the price, the price is very good. It is clean and tidy, the staff are pleasant and friendly and it provides a continental breakfast. It's situation is good with just a few minutes walk to the beach. I have stayed here four times now, it suits me, I like it.
