What a fantastic time we had at Elephant Rock Private Safari Lodge. From the moment we made 1st contact with the lodge to the moment we left the service was excellent. All the staff were wonderful, very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Leanne, Pierre and Ryan were superstars. Leanne made sure that... More

The food was of the highest quality. Steve was our Ranger and was great. We had some excellent wildlife sightings and over our 4... More

I really enjoyed this lodge and here is why.... Friendly and attentive staff, but not overbearing or in your face. Comfortable room, with lots of space. Loved the bathroom, with big deep bath. After a cold afternoon game drive, I was welcomed home with a hot bubble bath already run by lodge staff. Candles where light, rose petals surrounding my... More

Having been to many private game reserves in SA, including Phinda, Shamwari and the like, I was thrilled to learn about a relatively new reserve (only 11 years old) on my doorstep (just 2 1/2 hours from Durban). Nambiti reserve is small but packs a punch especially if you are with an experienced guide who knows where to find the... More

Rooms are very comfortable and have a lovely outlook over the dam where we spent one morning fishing! The game viewing was excellent.
