We selected this hotel in order to attend the Rossini Opera festival in Pesaro because of what we saw on their website as well as on the Michelin guide.
First the good things about this hotel. The hotel is composed of several Mediterranean style buildings with bright colors on a hill dominating the sea with a beautiful view of Gradara and its castle. The atmosphere is very peaceful compared to the agitation of the crowded coastal cities.
Another pleasant feature is the presence of a nice and large swimming pool. Breakfast included in the room price was OK.
Now the not so good features.
First, we made a reservation for a junior suite with a balcony. The junior suite was a medium size room which got its name due to the presence of an armchair and a coffee table.
The main problem however was not the size of the room but the temperature which was barely lower that the outside temperature thanks to the presence of a cacochymous air conditioning system whose...
