Not my favorite hotel for the price but very fun to explore. Great service and awesome pool. My dinner was subpar (some kind of fish). Liked the view of the lake and artifacts under glass in the covered courtyard. Beautiful spiral staircases as well. Overall pretty cool.

This is a very large hotel, 1970's food, clean but quite dark interior. The rooms are made of very solid furniture, the restaurant large and pleasant. It is full of interesting medieval items and they are attempting to get a real castle atmosphere.

Room without view in hot August with two huge and bad fans without the luxury of essential air on. Their excuse is thatits difficult to install air con in historic building but funny enough good enough to install horrible cheap radiators everywhere for winter.
