This hotel is a real gem in Val Pusteria. At Hotel Saalerwirt we found a warm welcome from the Tauber family, high quality accommodations, exquisite cuisine with fresh and healthy ingredients and savoir-faire. “Beautiful location, excellent food!”

Perfect location for exploring this area of the Dolomites. The rooms were very nice, the setting was gorgeous, and the food was terrific. Did not get a chance to check out the spa, but it looked very nice and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. More
