This B&B is very much a working farm . . The driveway and parking area was dirty and untidy . . On entering the lobby area we were met by lots of discarded shoes on the floor and the decor was uninviting and scruffy. We had a double room which had no TV and no ensuite toilet. Tea and coffee... “Excellent if you are attending a wedding at Grittleton House”

Although the approach is via what is very much a working farm, the welcome was warm and the room was very good. The location is within a few minutes walk of Grittleton House and the Village Pub, so an excellent location for wedding or function guests. Breakfast was lovely, around a big scrubbed table. More

Incredibly welcoming, friendly, family. Lovely house, with large rooms and two bathrooms available to use. Breakfast was just superb, with everything you could wish for. Like a home away from home and set in a beautiful village a stones-throw from Grittleton House (if you are visiting Grittleton for a wedding). More

We came across this place when every other B&B in Wiltshire seemed booked out, so decided to take our chances and book it. It wasn't horrendous, but I do feel it was very expensive indeed. The rooms were not designed at all - they looked like they'd been assembled from Freecycle items. Shared bathrooms were clean enough but very old... More
