Stayed in the green room the showers was smelly and very small in fact whole room small due to the fact a toilet and shower have been sqeezed in. Friends pink room also not good with a shower that trickled out water. The pink room was hideously pink, pink overload!! More

Just had a couple of nights at Belmont house.We stayed in the Green and Pink rooms. The rooms were very compact as a toilet and shower have been added to the bedrooms so no separate bathroom as such. Small sink in the bedroom. Bed comfy and breakfast good. More

Spent two nights in Beer at the Belmont, lovely B&B, very clean and comfortable with good service; rooms well finished (we had the blue one!) well furnished. Breakfast was excellent. i went with my mum for five days and stayed in the blue room it was comfy and simon bent over backwards to make our stay very plesant. beer is a beautiful part of devon and there are some great walks to do. we would definately go back More

Recently spent one night in Beer as was travelling in Devon for short break. Simon the proprietor was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely for the start of the day. Nice little village. The Belmont is situated right in the town centre and right close to the beach. Would definately recommend for easy access to lovely parts of Devon. More
