We had a wonderful family Christmas staying in the piggeries and the stable rooms. A great venue for a family gathering. Would certainly use it again. More

I stayed in the Pink room for 3 nights while on a course near by.The location is amazing, very beautiful with the millpond which had swans on it from time to time. I also loved the white ducks, and Charlie the dog. Margaret and family are very welcoming, just as everyone else has said. I am gluten and dairy free and I even... More

We went there as a family in order to visit Longleat. What a fabulous place to stay. Warmly welcomed by Jack, who then showed us all around the farm and brought us tea on the lawn. After a very pleasant night we were presented with one of the best cooked breakfasts I've had anywhere, the highlight of which was the... More

We read the various great reviews before booking and can now see why everbody loves this place. Stayed with our two children (8 and 10 years old) in the Blue Room. Lovely welcome when we arrived. The room was delightfull, really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderfull and too much for us to finish! The children loved the donkeys. Steve... More

Excellent b and b a real home from home . Lovely welcoming hosts and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Our daughter especially enjoyed seeing Charlie the dog and the donkeys and her favourite the pigs Eric and Ernie. Ideal for visting Longleat and the city of Bath. We hope to visit again in the near future. More

Fantastic accommodation, location, views, hosts, breakfast and farm animals especially Gracie, Florence and Charlie. We loved our stay and my husband is very hard to please! We have stayed at numerous hotels and B and B's over the years and this is certainly one of our favourites. Thank you to Margaret, Steve and family for a great stay. More

We had 2 rooms here for 3 nights in 2011. When we arrived with some goods from the grocery store, Margaret set up a picnic table for us so we could have dinner in front of the mill pond. This is the most picturesque place we have ever stayed in and we will be back. The village of Horningsham is... More

Fabulous breakfast - still not hungry at teatime! Excellent location for popping in and out to Longleat. Margaret and Stephen very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Kids enjoyed seeing the new chicks and Charlie the dog. Just would have liked shower curtain/shower wall hook (Margaret said they plan to do this) in Blue Room - otherwise 110% for everything...
