Me and my family used to go to atrion hotel nearly every year. After a one year pause, we decided to visit atrion hotel again. At first, everything seem to be the same. But no! Something had changed! 1) Much friendlier staff!!! Especially in the bar and in the restaurant! 2) New chef!!!! Much more better food. In older days,... More

We have traveled all over the world nothing I dislike more is; all the extra charge when you check in like air conditioning, lock box, intranet, and not receiving clean linings, or towels and for the restaurant to run out coffee. The pool and hotel were clean the staff friendly. The front desk said we should have said something I... More

We ordered a double room but got a single room with extra bed - not the best way to start a vacation. But that is what the greeks consider a double room.... The Hotel is in great condition, the pool is huge (and deep) and plenty sunbeds, which in many places is a problem, but very good here. But the... More

I really loved this Island. Espacially the beaches Elafonissi & Balos. Chania is also a small nice & romantic town. The food is so ´n so - Chips to EVERYTING??!! Go for the Cretan stews like Stifados or lamb if your not into calamaris. The Hotel - Sucked BIGTIME! The room looked like a cellblock. The Staff was arrogant with... More

Lokation of the hotel is in the middle of Agia Marina, just 50 meters above the local gas-station. We went for a last-minute-week to Creete with specified accomodation with Apollo. We had asked for a appartment "not on ground floor". We got room 444 on top of three floors, with two bolconys, one towards the pool/poolbar area and one with... More

Went there with Apollo Norway for a 2 week stay in one of their apartments. Apartment were in the old section, newer ones might be better. Location is good if you want to escape the crowded Platanias, it's about just as far to Kato Stalos as it is to Platanias. Apartment where Old and shabby, we were prepared for the... More

The staff at the Atrion hotel were the most unfriendly I have ever known in 20 + years of package holidays. The hotel itself has some good facilities but is spoilt by the staff. Our first bad experience was the first morning in the hotel restaurant were despite being told that breakfast was served until 9.30am, we arrived at 9.15am... More
