This is really to praise Villa Plus. My family & I stayed at Casa Lorenzo. Excellent welcome pack, spotlessly clean, all facilities -pool- A.C. etc. But my main point is that when I had my pocket picked at the bus station & lost cards & wallet, although the Tourist Info Centre & Police sort of helped it was when I went to the Villa Plus office that they had everything sorted out, including an interpreter at the police station, in record time. They even gave me a lift back to thebeach to meet up with my family!!
