Hotel City Centre is located in the heart of the Tripura capital, Agartala. It was easy to commute from here, even late at night. The service was excellent, and the room clean and well-equipped. Checked in on 26th June 2012. A hotel catering to basic needs, however, there is room for improvement on cleanliness and food. Ordered chicken reshmi biriyani and (oh my God!) got a plateful of hotchpotch which by no means can equal a biriyani served in a moderate restaurant in eastern India.

Room was okay, no frills. Bed wasn't that comfortable, though I slept for 6 hours. Staff friendly, food was good too.

I had a very bad experience of this hotel.The rooms are shabby. Room service is disgusting. Food is not eatable. Hotel claims to be 3 star hotel, but in reality it is a cheap type hotel which is charging a high tariff.

I stayed for a night in this hotel. rate is quite cheap however customer service in not up to the mark. Hotel is centrally located in town. Food is very good. Rooms are not that clean.
