had an over night stay at the hotel staff were wonderful.. the room that we had was very clean and big wanted to take the bed home it was so comfy .. we had dinner and bfast in our package dinner was very nice and bfast was good had to help yourself to what you wanted was very yummy :)...

We only stayed for the one night but wished it had been more. The cleanliness, friendliness, service & quality of food is second to non. The Spa facilities & gym are very good. We will definately be returning for a weekend break & as it is not to far from the NEC, Birmingham would highly recommend a stay. Great value.

very nice hotel, food and bar good with reasonable prices, wedding planner did a fantastic job, only downside was the damage caused to my new car in the hotel carpark, although cctv everywhere i could not get the details of the offender from the hotel, £160 out of pocket to cover the repairs.

We enjoyed a really relaxing afternoon before the party in the evening. The room was excellent, clean, great size, and comfortable. Stayed for the New Year's Eve break. Food was fantastic, rooms good and the spa was great. Nice relaxing time. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble no matter what the time of day. Definitely recommend this hotel. xx
